cancellation policies

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card you have on file or will be billed to you and must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

If you don’t come to your appointment without letting us know or cancel after the starting time of your appointment, the full appointment cost will be applied. After two late cancellation, you will be required to prepay for your next appointment prior to booking.

If you are not fully satisfied with your retail purchase, please let us know within 14 day of your purchase to receive a credit towards your future retail purchase.
